By requesting a refund in the Apple App Store for an in-app purchase or automatically renewing a subscription, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer by us of Consumption Information described in the "Types of data we collect" section to Apple. Our legitimate interest must prevent fraudulent and deceptive actions by users. Apple uses and protects the data you share through the Send Consumption Information API in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Use of ChatGPT API

Our app integrates the ChatGPT language model developed by OpenAI to provide conversational AI capabilities. When you interact with the chatbot, the following data may be processed:

This data processing is necessary to understand and respond effectively to your inquiries through the chatbot interface. It allows us to provide automated, interactive assistance tailored to your specific needs and requests.

Data collected through the customer chatbot will only be stored for as long as necessary to process your inquiries, after which it will be deleted in accordance with applicable data retention laws.

Your data may be shared with  OpenAI, the provider of the ChatGPT model, and its affiliates. The exact location of data processing depends on OpenAI 's data center allocations.

Please note that while your data is processed by ChatGPT to facilitate customer service, we take reasonable steps to protect its confidentiality and security within our systems. However, some risk is inherent when data is processed by third-party services.

Obtaining data from third parties

When a user buys a subscription, we receive transaction data, ID subscriptions, subscription terms, and application statistics from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

When you pay for a subscription to our app, you share your banking information with the Apple App Store or Google Play. This relationship is further regulated by the privacy policies of the App Store and Google Play.

We don’t collect or process your bank information when buying a subscription.
